A customer journey created as part of the Cassili perfume worldwide launch and deployed in many points of sale.

The beauty consultant distributed ephemeral tattoos to customers in order to invite them to the podium to discover the Cassili perfume.

Clients could then discover the fragrance thanks to the Cassili masterpiece tree.

Hanging on the branches were several half-opened plastic balls containing the different ingredients of the fragrance. Clients could click on one of the ingredients on the nearby iPad. While providing information about this specific ingredient, it would also light up the corresponding ball on the tree so the customer could go and smell it.

Finally, the client could go to the vanity area to get their scented tattoo applied by a beauty consultant and take a picture.
