A customer journey created as part of the Cassili perfume worldwide launch and deployed in many points of sale.
The BC distributes ephemeral tattoo to customers in order to invite them on the podium to discover the Cassili perfume.
Then, the client can discover the fragrance thanks to the Cassili masterpiece tree.
On the branches are hanging several half-opened plastic balls containing the different ingredients of the fragrance. The client can click on one of the ingredients on the iPad nearby. While providing information about this ingredient, it lights up the corresponding ball in the tree for the customer to go and smell it.
Finally, the client can go to the coiffeuse area to get her scented tattoo applied by a BC and take a photo.
